Here are our main changes in WABA: we have a new tariff, and now you can write first without a template.
We’ve also fixed quotes on WhatsApp channels and removed the annoying system message in Kommo.

WABA: new tariff
From now WABA channels have only one tariff. You can write on it first and there is no limit of dialogues – you can correspond with any number of clients per month.
Prices for the WABA tariff:
— 96 $ per month when paying for a yearly subscription
— 108 $ per month when paying for a six-month subscription
— 120 $ when paying for a month
Same goes with euro:
— 96 € per month when paying for a yearly subscription
— 108 € per month when paying for a six-month subscription
— 120 € when paying for a month
You can test WABA for three days for free. To start communicating with clients and initiate bulk messaging, you only need to add the WABA channel in your Wazzup personal account.
Some info for those, who already uses WABA
👉 If you have a Max subscription, we will automatically transfer it to the WABA tariff and extend the remaining subscription period twice. For example: 46 days left until the end of the subscription – it will become 92 days.
👉 If you have a Pro subscription, we will automatically transfer to the WABA tariff. There is no need to reconfigure anything and pay extra buck, everything will remain as before, but the limit of 500 dialogues will disappear.
👉 If you have a Start subscription, it will stay valid until the end of the subscription period. After that it will be impossible to renew – the only option would be to buy a subscription with the WABA tariff.
WABA: Write first without templates
Now you can write first in WABA without a template – just type in the input line and send.
If you already have a WABA channel and you want to try out these miracles, write to the guys in support.
If you have long wanted to try WABA, this is a perfect time to do so – just add the channel and everything will work by itself.

Fixed quoting on WhatsApp channels
How it worked before: when a client replied to a specific message, Wazzup chats received a response without quoting. To understand the context, the manager had to use some kind of psychic skills.
How it works now: We fixed it, the quoting works just as before.
Kommo: unnecessary system message no longer interferes Previously
How it worked before: when creating a chat with an incoming message or via a webhook, a system message appeared in the client card:
SYSTEM WZ === Chat via WhatsApp with recipient {{client number}} added. To send a message, select: Chat for {{client name}} (WAZZUP) ===
This message used to be necessary, but then it became unnecessary and simply started to mess with automation.
How it works now: the unnecessary system message has been removed, so we won’t confuse Salesbot with this 🙂
ZOHO: let’s not stop you from adding integrations
How it worked before: an incorrect hint in the interface about what kind of link should be in order for the integration to be added. We said the link should look like this: “https://myaccount.zoho.com” when it actually looks like this: “https://crm.zoho.com/crm/org12345678900“.
How it works now: We fixed it too, no more confusion with the adding process.
